Question about formatting ??? Options

I'd like to publish a draft, but none of the formatting in my story seems to translate. All I get is one big run-on paragraph. Any tips for fixing this?

Hello SoulFire77,
I have had the same problem, and I have tried several different things, none of which have worked! I notice that others have the same issue, but I also see many who have properly formatted stories. It is very frustrating! Yes, someone help us, please!
