Alone In My Cell
Alone in my cell I sit and wonder
What could have happened if I hadn't made that choice
I guess sitting here I will always wonder
I should have stood up and used my voice

Secret words in secret rooms whispered with silent voices
No one should know what you choose
Secrets kept because you don't face your choices
It's not about what you gain but what you loose

Alone in my cell I sit and think
Where are we going with this
We are at the end you have brought me to the brink
What would you have of this

Secret silent never say a word
Who would understand
Scream shout all you want you will never be heard
For our lives are not ours we live by their demand

Alone in my cell I sit and brood
Can't stand to be alone tomorrow
Yet my face I hide with this black hood
You will never see my sorrow

I like it! Please look at my poem "One more day." Do we have hard time in common?
