To The Wornash Crater part 14
At last the march was over
Streets cleared as quick they’d filled
The purpose of the exercise, complete
The fear in all instilled

Farrant turned now from the balcony
Returned into the gloom
He still had no way of knowing
Of his fast impending doom

From North and South and West then East
The Fillimen drew near
Quite unaware he idly span
His desk side global sphere

He drew great satisfaction
From the blackened, territory
That marked to him the vast extent
Of his impressive, past victory

Lower reaches of the mighty Crag
Were now in sight at last
There were few amongst the weary band
Had expected a climb so vast

Though soon their path would once more be
Back on level safe terrain
Now to the final staging
Of this epic, just, campaign

The Clan Meet would be held inside
The Crater of Wornash
Just one more day of travel
If they made a final dash

They would rest one final evening
Fore the last leg of their trip
Then meet up with their Clansmen
And to battle so equip
