Finding it harder and harder to breathe
The intake of breathe. Exhale. Breathe. Rhythm. Precision. Delicate.
Fast. Rasping. Choking. Suffocating. Gasping.

Neglect the peaceful, and it turns disordered in a blink of an eye.

Open. Close. Open. Close. Darkness. Light. Blink.

See the world for what it really is. Keep your eyes open. Don’t walk too fast.

Even steps. A murmur of pitter patter. One foot, then the other.
Stumbling. Feet stepping unevenly. Faster. Breaking out into a run.

Don’t run away from your fears. They’ll always catch up with you.

Take life one step at a time. You won’t trip. You’ll lessen your stumbling. Your eyes will have a better chance of seeing. You won’t be so tired, you’ll breathe in fresh, crisp air moderately, not a chance of gasping profoundly. Take your time, because in the end, rushing won't help.

Heart beat slowing down. Boom. Boom. Feel it against your chest. Feel your heart leading the way.

Reminds me when I run my races. Gotta breathe right....focus on breath and stride. Is my pace fast enough to last for 6.2 miles? 13.1 miles? How's my energy level? My heart rate? hmmm... Good job here!
